At FENCEORA, every product is made to order, specifically crafted for you. We value transparency and customer satisfaction, so we’ve outlined our policy below regarding returns, refunds, and order issues.

 


 

🔄 Returns

We currently do not accept returns on items unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. As a print-on-demand brand, each item is made individually, which means we are unable to accept general returns or exchanges.

 


 

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Email: support@fenceora.com.
    with your order number and a clear photo of the issue
  • We will review your request and offer a replacement or refund if eligible

 

We cover the cost of reprinting or replacing faulty items.

 


 

❌ Non-Returnable Situations

  • We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse (change of mind)
  • Wrong size or color selected by the customer (please check size guides carefully)


 

⏳ Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will be notified via email once the refund is issued.
